We cater for hunting at certain times of the year to ensure that the animal population remains manageable. The following wildlife is commonly seen on the Game Ranch: Kudu, Eland, Impala, Zebra, Gemsbuck, Giraffe, Wildebeest, Waterbuck, Steenbok, Bushbuck, Reedbuck, Duiker, Warthog and many more.
Bird life is varied and opportunities for bird watching abound. Guests may take themselves on game drives at their leisure to view the abundant wildlife. Those who prefer hiking, should take enough water and comfortable walking shoes. Mountain bikes are also welcome.
We invite quad bikers to drive our bush trail. As not all guests enjoy this activity, quad bikers need to pre-arrange trips so as not to disturb other guests.
Accommodation
The accommodation is well designed to accommodate couples, singles or groups.
Guests may choose between our self catering or fully catered (6 or more guests) option when staying in any of the chalets. Prior arrangement is required when the fully catered option is chosen. Chalets are serviced on request
